At Irin. we strive to evoke emotion through food.
Food, which is rooted in regional tradition, yet reimagined with flavours that know no particular place or time. A paradox of the unknown, which feels familiar, almost intimate.Provenance and quality of ingredients are of paramount importance to us, but so is the ingenuity in putting them to use and the skills to do so perfectly.
The dining experience entails a tasting menu, which is alive and changes impulsively, based on seasons, availability of resources and mere inspiration. It is composed of 9 courses (85€), with the option of a wine (45€) or non-alcoholic pairing (40€). Additionally, there are two (Regional/Old World) wine lists to choose from. The wines we work with are authentic and low intervention.
